Cancellation/Refund Policies for Training Courses
Cancellation by Registrant (company or an individual)
Early cancellation: A company or individual may cancel a class for a full refund of the course fee by giving ASI at least 2 calendar weeks’ notice prior to the start date of the class, or may apply 100% of the course fee towards a future course.
If a company or individual cancels a course less than 2 calendar weeks, but more than 1 calendar week prior to the start date, 50% of the course fee is refundable or may be applied towards a future course.
If a company or individual cancels a course with less than one calendar week’s notice prior to the start date of the class, up to and including the first day of class, 50% of the course fee may be applied towards a future course.
No Shows: The course fee is completely nonrefundable if a company or individual does not show up and does not cancel the course by the first day of the class.
The registration fee ($100) is non-refundable in any of the above cases.
Cancellation by ASI
If ASI cancels a course for any reason, both the registration fee and course fee are 100% refundable or may be applied to future courses.
If ASI chooses to cancel a course, it will either provide at least 1 calendar week of notice to all persons who are enrolled in the course, or will provide each person enrolled with a $100 discount on a future course. Note that this discount does not apply to cancellations due to natural disasters or other events outside of ASI's control.
Applying Course Fees and Discounts to Future Courses
When a course fee or discount is eligible to be partially or wholly applied to a future course, it may be applied to any course offered by ASI with a start date within one calendar year of the start date of the original course.
Privacy Policy
ASI does not release registrant information to any third parties except as specifically required to carry out registration and payment processing.
ASI does not itself use registration information for marketing purposes except to notify students and prospective students of upcoming course offerings.
